The HRIS Analyst supports the Human Resources team, as well as all managers and employees by implementing, maintaining and updating the ADP Workforce Now Human Resources System. The HRIS Analyst also provides general user support, such as creating reports for users using applications utilities and other support activities as required.

As a HRIS Analyst, you can expect to work directly with customers to understand their business needs and address these needs through the implementation of business process improvements and HR technology.? Primary focus for the role will be support of AHM?s growing talent management processes including administration of our ADP Workforce Now environment.

The HRIS Analyst serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report development and analysis and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.


Essential Job Responsibilities:
?

????? Responsible for developing, implementing, validating, maintaining and supporting HRIS applications in support of business operations while complying with internal procedures and meeting established timeframes

????? Design and implement data analytics, reports and metrics in support of business objectives

????? Provides general user support for HRIS applications, such as creating ad hoc reports, creating organizational charts, using applications utilities and other support activities?

????? Serves on systems development/upgrade/enhancement project teams as technical liaison between business clients and the Information Technology group

????? Lead key initiatives involving HR technologies administration and implementation

????? Partners with payroll on interface and data issues

????? Implements new systems and conducts user training in the use and features of systems and applications and other areas as needed?

????? Creates user guides, system workflow and application documentation as needed, including creating standard operating procedures (SOPs)?

????? Acts as point of contact with HR Technology 3rd party vendors for escalation and, dependent on level, may engage in overall vendor management

????? Responsible for all external reporting, i.e., EEOC/AA reporting.

????? Acts as HRIS Administrator for all applications, including security administration and audits and optimize system functionality to ensure adequate performance, data integrity and compliance

????? Performs other duties as assigned ?

????? Strong interpersonal skills to interact at all levels and in all situations

????? Preferred prior experience as a ADP system administrator with knowledge of ADP Workforce Now

????? 2 ? 3+ years of HRIS support/management responsibility

????? Experience providing? Level I and Level II support that requires analytical skill and product knowledge for resolution of customer issues for various HR applications and reporting tools

????? Ability to provide consultation to internal customers and vendors

????? Demonstrated understanding of business objectives and HR implications

????? Prior HR experience with an emphasis on system implementations or administration
